Israeli Soldiers report in telephone interviews;
Hezbollah fighters are returning to the villages of Southern
Lebanon with all their own weapons. Many of their fortifications
are still intact and they are reclaiming their bunkers.
Elite Israeli Recon units that captured Hezbollah command bunkers
report that their equipment rivals anything that they have seen in the IDF.
Hezbolla has the latest GPS and Satelite technology and very expensive optics for
both day and night fighting in addition to the latest anti tank and anti personel
missles.

WOW, sounds logical doesnt it (sarcasm). Your enemy leaves and you upgrade your weapons. I cant say wether this is true or false but it sure seems highly unlikely. Why would hezbollah fighters choose to switch to superior weaponry AFTER the fighting stopped?
It was just the best they could manage. Anytime they can upgrade, they will. Their undisputed reason for existing is so destroy Israel and fight the USA.
