Hezbollah doesnt have precision weapons like Israel.
Although Israel seems to not be very precise about aiming there precision weapons and has killed a huge amount of civilians.

'Hezbollah doesn't have the ability to aim with precision therefore anyone it kills is fair game.'

What he's saying is that murder and killing are equivalent. Murder is the difference Mr X. Intollerant ideology that seeks to murder is different from Israelis launching missiles at homes where the katyushas are coming from.
